We begin by developing the space layout and exploring design styles, finishes, and materials. To bring the vision to life, we create inspiration moodboards, material sample boards, and detailed 2D plans, supported by 3D models.
02. TECHNICAL DESIGN
Next we will create detailed drawings, project specifications, and FF&E schedules, covering finishes, joinery, sanitary, and electrical requirements. This ensures every detail is clear for contractors and the tender process.
03. COORDINATION & SOURCING
We issue the tender pack, review proposal. Through structured procurement, we secure the best terms and ensure timely deliveries. We conduct site visits and support contractors for a smooth completion.
04. PROJECT HANDOVER
Upon completion, we will inspect the site, assist with any defects, add finishing touches, and arrange professional photography before handing over the project, ready for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
